August 2025 updates - Calendar view, customizable list view and more

Here’s what we got done in August 2025 in NeetoPlanner.

New features and Enhancements ✨

✅ Checklists displayed in task views

Checklist expanded in display in board view and list view in tasks. You can see without clicking on it.

✅ Calendar view

Tasks with a due date now appear in the calendar view, making it easier to track and prioritize your work.

✅ Improved table view

Fixed an issue where sections weren't opening when scrolling horizontally.

✅ Better daily summary emails

Made improvements to how reaction activities appear in the daily summary email.

✅ New message activities

Each message activity now includes a direct link to the corresponding task.

✅ Admin comment deletion

Admins can now delete any team member's comment.

✅ Customizable list view

You can now reorder and resize columns in "list view" based on your preference.

✅ Improved email forwarding

Forwarded emails with rich text will now display correctly, without any distortion.

✅ Attachments in Docs and Announcements

Added support for attachments in both Docs and Announcements.

✅ Optimized seed data logic

The logic for populating seed data during workspace sign-up has been optimized.

✅ Bulk task completion

You can now mark multiple tasks as complete with a new bulk action.

✅ Clearer navigation

When you're inside a folder, the header will now show the folder name instead of the project name.

✅ React to task description

You can now add reactions directly to task descriptions.

Bug Fixes 🐛

✅ Fixed a bug where all items in the priority dropdown appeared as selected.

✅Fixed a bug related to the "Move to folder".

✅Fixed an issue where comments were being duplicated, and deleting one would delete both.

✅ Fixed an issue where a team member who posted a comment would receive an email notification when a template was cloned from a different workspace.

✅ The activity now correctly displays each tag individually when multiple tags are added to a task.

✅ Email notifications for messages now properly retain the original styles from the email.

✅ The project link in invitation emails is now working correctly.

✅ Projects are now shown in their respective folders instead of all being at the root level.

✅ All admins can now manage templates, including deleting and updating them. Previously, only template members could perform these actions.
